Visited during the snowiest day. The town was as pretty as ever like a scene out of a story book. Shibui is a renovated 100+ years old building with amazing interior with service and food equally impressive.

The renovation by reusing the beams and pillars on the ceiling of the old private house was a wonderful harmony, and I felt special charm in the lattice window and wood stove that I brought from Germany.
